I have been happily married for 8 years with 2 beautiful children, so I am in tune to the local schools and community systems. Also, I am a 5th generation Charlestonian with deep roots in my community having a detailed insight of many neighborhoods in and around the Charleston area. My involvement with the local Rotary Club helps me keep practicing the Rotary 4 way test daily, includes encouraging and fostering the high ethical and professional standards in the community. With being an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR, it gives me sharp skills in helping consult with my buyers on purchasing their next property. My memberships include CTAR (Charleston Trident Association of Realtors), SCAR (South Carolina Association of Realtors) and the NAR (National Association of Realtors).
Charleston will always be my home, as it is a wonderful place to live with so many enjoyable things to do. Sunning on the beach to dancing the night away in downtown Charleston to enjoying many of our restaurants serving fresh local seafood. You will come to love Charleston as much as I do!
A little history behind our great city . . . History, did I mention our over 330+ years of beautifully preserved architecture and historical treasure, from the landing at Charles Towne (as Charleston was originally called) in 1670. Charleston has played a significant role in the course of history. The first regularly scheduled passenger train service in America was established in Charleston in 1830. The firing of the 1st shot in the Civil War were fired upon Union troops on Fort Sumter. There are many, many historical churches and synagogues where Charleston got its nickname “The Holy City”! We are also the first to have a golf course, “Harleston Green” and the first golf club called “The South Carolina Golf Club”, to date there are dozens of golf courses here along the ocean, in Charleston and on the barrier islands. Charleston boasts wonderful shops, dinning, barrier island living, golf and history, along with our newest attraction, The Aquarium, to please most everyone’s decision to make Charleston “HOME”!!
